"Is reality a network of 3D visual illusions only, like those 2D optical illusions are?" - Eva was in her deep pensive mood as we sipped tea together, which we both were fond of more than the other as we claimed... to play the game of life tangling playfully along.
"Why only visual? It's auditory, aromatic, tasty and tactile as well! Isn't it?" - I smiled as I took one big sip from my cup.
"Are YOU not really there sitting in front of me? Are we only dreaming it all, the way of lucid dreaming like we did?" - She was very intently looking at my face as her cup was attached to her lips.
"I am as much REALLY sitting here in front of you as YOU are sitting there in front of me... if you really are!" - It was semantics that was coming to clarify what we were wondering regarding perceiving the world around.
"You mean to say awareness is an illusion too like these 3D visual illusions all around and those 2D optical illusions spread all over on the pages of books that are so popular..." - She left her sentence incomplete.
"The way we are aware of each other, yes... looks to be an illusion only... separate from each other... but pulled toward each other!" - I was feeling an abundance of love for this wonderful lady from another part of the world sitting in front of me sipping tea out of her cup as fondly as she was wondering about the basic question of existence on earth!
"And love? Is that an illusion too?" - She looked deep into my eyes.
"The pull that we feel for each other..." - I left my sentence incomplete and went pondering deep into the gist of the question...
