"Money talks louder than love story reads. I'll have to go and earn some money now." - Eva sat down and took out her planner out of her rucksack.

"When do you plan to go?" - I was feeling I would miss her after she leaves.
"Not right now, but yes... in a few days I must fly back so that I can add some new inputs to my money machine that prints dollars for me!" - She started laughing as she said this to me.

"…Such an ugly act after such a beautiful stint!" - I smiled at the turn of events that our story was going to take.
"Money makes the mare go... haven't you heard that?" - She was playing with me to play the game of life laughing at its tragic irony to say bye to the ones we love the most.

"But love gives it a reason to go. Doesn't it?" - I was looking into her eyes.
"Mere reasons buy no barley!" - She again laughed aloud, though sad, as she twisted the proverb to her convenience.
"I hate money." - I declared like a child declares it to his mother.

"I love ‘love’. And the two are so opposite to each other... the money and the love!" - She pulled me into her lap again as she murmured her words to herself.
