It's the history of religion that strengthens our faith in religion in the sense that we psychologically come to realize what gave birth to it and who were the people who initiated the movement and why.
It starts assuming more human dimensions in our psyche.
Even if we know the history of a person, we start feeling much closer to her/him.
The more details we know the more we come closer.
So what if we start learning the history of humanity in detail...
We will start feeling closer to humanity!
We will love it more than we do it now!
History Makes The Nations
In my opinion history should be made a compulsory part of the education curriculum.
Not only the history of humanity but also the history of education, history of mathematics, history of science, history of technology, history of economics, history of sociology, history of psychology, history of geography and even the history of history as a subject!
We will start having much more closer touch with the soul of the subject, as well as we will be able to develop a great insight into it. We will certainly play the game of life much better then!
History Will Make The World
Look how I strayed! I started writing my post with an intention of telling you an interesting story on the history of religion in Hemkunt where I went after I visited the Valley of Flowers, but history in itself was such a capturing topic as fully involved me in it as such so much that I forgot what I had started with!
