Jean showed me a list of Christmas crafts and Christmas cards as Christmas gifts apart from Christmas trees that he made himself and made a lot of money during the Christmas holidays alone, sufficing for his yearlong sustenance as he was out on his trips abroad.
Christmas decorations earned him some extra income that supplemented his main income that he earned from his exhibition of the Himalayan butterflies in Paris.
He made many different kinds of Santa Claus, snowmen, reindeers, wreaths, tabletops, bears, dolls, angels, light bulb decorations, glass decorations, card puppets, fancy ornament hooks, glass ball ornaments, stars, snowflakes, stocking crafts, candy cane crafts, scented pine cones, knitted crafts and many more like that.
He also held classes to teach others making these crafts themselves for which again he got handsomely paid. His cards were in great demand in Paris.
He was so good at it that he could convert any thing he put his hands on into a marvelous piece of craft.
And Christmas offered him a ready market for all his stuff to get sold in one single month only. He too offered quite a few free gifts to his permanent clients and customers.
The rest 11 months he was a free soul to travel around anywhere in any corner of the world he felt like going to.
His father took care of the butterfly exhibition when he was not there in Paris.
Jean had really invented a unique way to play the game of life that he was doing so well!
