One step at a time without thinking about the next turns into dance steps as well as basic survival skills of their own.
Eva was in a habit of staying one step ahead of me as we walked together in our treks.
We were on our way to Sisu next morning and as we packed up our tents to move, she - like always - stepped ahead before I would.
I silently hopped forward and put my foot in front of hers, as it was ready to pick itself up in the air to move further. She lost her balance and would have badly hurt herself, had I not held her up in the air in a unique show of my physical balance and strength, which even I wouldn't believe I could.

Basic Survival Skills: One Step At A Time to Dance Steps
Just to play the game of life a little adventurous!
She was taken aback by the turn of events that struck to her like lightning as they rendered her breathless for a moment.
It was only that no one could photograph us in that unique show of our steps balancing themselves in a near impossible maneuver, in time as well as in space.
And now was my turn to get rebuked by her!
As she came to her own self back, she screamed at me - "Are you gone crazy or what?"
"No, I went jealous." - I was acting innocent.
"Of what?" - she was trying to make sense of what irrational act I had done a moment back jeopardizing her physical safety in a dangerous way.
"Why do you always stay one step ahead of me?" - I complained.
"So would you kill me for staying one step ahead of you? Or break my bones?" - her voice had a tone of disbelief in it.
"Did I?" - I was more saving my skin than arguing with her.
"You might have done, had you not been able to do the splendid act that you did later to save me from falling." - she was holding me guilty while praising me for my acrobatics.
"I would have broken mine too, had I failed to save yours from breaking by any stroke of chance if it would. I had faith on my basic survival skills, you know. I only wanted to demonstrate that one step at a time without hurrying for the next would turn them into beautiful dance steps that you would enjoy too, more than you do your walking the way you do it now. And if you don't believe I could break my bone myself, I can give you a demonstration right now." - as I said this, I climbed a nearby cliff ready to jump down on one single call of hers or even without!
She madly ran after me and pulled me back from the edge of the cliff in as miraculous a feat of acrobatics as I had done with her a few moments back.

Basic Survival Skills: One Step At A Time to Dance Steps
I was in a tight hug of her arms now and this time again it was she only who had gone breathless as I was smiling in the warmth of her lap.
"Did you think about it even for a second before you performed this marvelous feat of your just now?" - I continued smiling as I asked this to her.
"No, I just jumped one step at a time without thinking about the next and it felt to me like they were more my dance steps than they were rushing toward you, and we survived the disaster not once but twice during the last few moments only!" - she was astonished at her own act of basic survival skills which she had demonstrated and which she herself couldn't believe she only had done, and done so easily.

And we forgot ourselves into each other's bodies again!
