Eva’s Mouthwatering Camping Recipes on Her Camping Stove

Our camping recipes were just the opposite of each other. Eva had a proper camping stove that I cared the least for. For me freedom of time at my disposal was more important than busying myself in cooking my meals.

So I had developed a system of sprouting grains and pulses that kept doing its work while I was on my move traveling anywhere to anywhere else. It was an automatic system of slow cooking that nature took care of.

And as I reached my destination of the day, my food was already ready in the side pocket of my rucksack. I was just to add a little salt to it and eat like a king who was hungry like a dog!

What A Mouthwatering Recipe!

But not with Eva! She was to traditionally cook her food taking care of all the nutrition that she thought was necessary for her body. So as we pitched our camping tents by the riverside, she took out her camping stove with some raw grocery that she had bought near the teashop as I was busy sipping my third cup of tea. She also had the support of some tinned food with her that she needed either frying or boiling.

I kept looking at the way she was cooking her stuff with her special camping recipes, helping her in between sometimes for this and sometimes for that! The flavor of what she was cooking was too tempting for me to resist; but it was not my food, it was hers.

Eva Loved Her Stove As She Loved Everything Around!

It took her more than an hour to be over with her cooking. I took out my nature-food from the side-pocket of my rucksack and added some salt to it.

And then I saw she took my plate away, took out half its contents into hers and filled it back with half the contents of her stuff she had cooked with so much of great labor on her part!

I kissed her tight before I started eating food... just to play the game of life a little tastier!
